After working in prestigious restaurants such as the Hôtel Meurice (Yannick Alleno) in Paris, Le Connaught (Gordon Ramsay) and the Great Eastern Hotel in London, Alain Senderens (formerly Lucas Carton), as well as renowned wine cellars like Les Caves Gambetta in Montpellier, Les Caves Taillevent, and Lavinia in Paris, Dominique Laporte founded DLConseil in 2004 to offer his skills to professionals such as restaurateurs, winemakers, wine merchants, winegrower unions, and communication companies, as well as individuals eager to improve their wine knowledge or discover the world of wine.
